In 2016, the "Xujia Vegetable Planting Professional Cooperative" was established, which started small-scale planting of 20 mu and accumulated planting experience, initially selected the pure ancestral sweet sand taro varieties, making the sweet sand taro a star product.
In 2017, refined varieties were further refined, with a planting area of more than 30 mu, and high-quality local ancestral sweet sand taro varieties were established.
