    A:
    Follow the WeChat official account of the China Intellectual Property Annual Conference (CIPAC) , so as to get information about the start and deadline of registration in a timely manner.
  • Q: How to obtain the attendance voucher after successful ticket purchase and payment?
    A:
    After successful online purchase and payment, attendees will receive a confirmation email and text message, including venue location, annual meeting time, e-ticket check-in code and QR code, etc.On the day of the annual conference, you only need to present your electronic ticket to sign in.
  • Q: What is the check-in time for the meeting?

  • Q: Can I apply for an invoice?
    A:
    Attendees can choose the type of invoice they need to issue when filling in their personal information. 1. At present, CIPAC2023 can issue general VAT invoices (electronic invoices) and special invoices (paper invoices); 2. Billing contents are: conference fee and service fee; 3. The default of this meeting is to issue an invoice above 100 yuan. Thank you for your understanding! 4. Invoices can be obtained through on-site collection and mailing, and the mailing cost shall be borne by participants.
  • Q: Is the annual meeting refunded?
    A:
    For users who have not been able to attend this conference after purchasing tickets, the conference affairs team will arrange a unified refund service after the end of the CIPAC2023.
  • Q: Does the conference provide simultaneous service?
    A:
    Simultaneous interpretation service will be provided for the opening ceremony, keynote speech, main session and breakout sessions of this annual conference in English and Chinese. Attendees can collect simultaneous interpretation equipment on the exhibition day with their ID card or other valid documents.
  • Q: How do I sign in on site?
    A:
    On the day of the event, you should bring the CIPAC qr code to sign in.
