LU Hongwei: Consultant III and Examiner III of the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), on-the-job postgraduate degree of Law. Since 2003, he has worked in the substantive examination and management department of the Patent Office of the CNIPA, and since February 2022, he has been working for Guozhuan as the assistant to the general manager, in charge of market development and business operation. He has experience in corporate management, patent examination, training organization, personnel management and local administration. He has participated in many research projects and the formulation of rules and regulations of the Administration, department and company with strong business research and writing skills. He has successful experience and unique insights in providing IPR and innovation services to different types of innovation entities.
