XIE Shuhong, Chief Engineer and Intellectual Property Director of ZTT Group, Director of the ZTT Research Institute. XIE holds a Senior Engineer title, and is the Chief Expert of the National 863 Program, and a member of the General Expert Group of Major Projects in the National Seabed Observation and Experimental Network 863 Program. In addition, he judges the National Science and Technology Progress Award, and is named as one of the Young and Middle-aged Experts with Outstanding Contributions in Jiangsu Province. He also serves as a member of the first academic committee of the Key Laboratory of Marine Ecological Monitoring and Restoration Technology of the Ministry of Natural Resources, and the vice chairman of the first and second conductor and wire expert committees, Cable and Cord Branch of China Electrical Equipment Industry Association. He is the person in charge of the High-value Patent Cultivation and Demonstration Center for Special Photoelectric Transmission Materials and Devices of Jiangsu Province, and recognized as an Outstanding Individual in the Intellectual Property Cause by CNIPA. He has presided over more than 600 national, provincial and ministerial-level scientific and technological projects, and won the second prize of National Science and Technology Invention Award, the silver award of China Patent Award, and more than 10 provincial and ministerial-level scientific and technological awards.
