Yi Hu (Oliver) is ZTE Vice President and Chief IP Officer. He takes charge of design and implementation of ZTE’s Global IP strategy. He concentrates on IP prosecution, litigation, competition and monetization. He leads his team to proceed the patent prosecution around the world, deal with IP infringement litigation and disputes in many countries, and promote the implementation of IPR judicial protection. Oliver is also the Executive Chairman of ICC China Commission on IP, China Representative of In-house Committee of International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property, and postgraduate supervisor and adjunct professor in universities.
