Li Jian, Deputy Chief Judge of Intellectual Property Division of the Supreme People’s Court. He has presided over batches of influential cases concerning patent infringement. He drafted several judicial interpretations and participated theestablishment of Intellectual Property Courts. Mr. Liobtained his Bachelor Degree of Law and Master Degree of Law in East China University of Politics and Law, Doctor Degree of Law in Renmin University of China. In 2020, he was elected as the member of WIPO Advisory Board of Judges.
