Feng Xiaoqing

Second-Level Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of China University of Political Science and Law

Feng Xiaoqing is a second-level professor and doctoral supervisor of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL), and the head of the National Key Discipline of Intellectual Property Law of CUPL. He graduated from Peking University with a doctor’s degree in laws, and used to be a postdoctoral researcher in laws of Renmin University of China. He also serves as a director of the China Law Society (CLS), the vicechairman of the Intellectual Property Law Association of CLS, and a member of the Case Guidance Expert Committee of the Supreme People’s Court of China. He presided over 2 major projects of the National Social Science Fund, and published a dozen of monographs and more than 100 papers in CSSCI core journals such as the Chinese Journal of Lawand the China Legal Science. Having won 5 provincial and ministerial second prizes, he isselected as one of the “Young and Middle-aged Experts with Outstanding Contributions”funded by the National Project to Support Thousands of Talents, and included in the New Century Outstanding Talents Support Program of the Ministry of Education and the first batch of National Intellectual Property Leading Professionals. He is awarded the special allowances from the State Council, and nominated as a candidate for the 2nd National Top 10Outstanding Young and Middle-aged Legal Scholars. In addition, he is honored as the Cultural Master by the Propaganda Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and a Leading Professional in Philosophy and Social Science funded by the National Special Support Program for High-Level Professionals.
