Ms. Ann Chaplin currently serves as the General Counsel & Corporate secretary of Qualcomm Inc. Among her nearly 30 years of experiences in intellectual property, merger & acquisition, regulatory issues and varied responsibilities in many areas of corporate law and governance, Ms. Chaplin spent over 20 years focusing on intellectual property related dispute resolution and asset management matters. Before joining Qualcomm, she served as the Corporate Secretary and Deputy General Counsel for General Motors (GM) and the managing partner of renowned IP law firm. Ms. Chaplin obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School.
