WANG Yan, executive general manager of the debt financing business line of CITIC Securities. Ms. WANG has many years of experience in the industry. Before she joined CITIC Securities in 2014, she worked for the Corporate and Investment Banking Services, Bank of America at the headquarter, responsible for the business of securitization of real estate credit assets. Since 2014, she has presided over several asset securitization projects for Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Bank of China, Bank of Nanjing, BMW Group Financial Services China, Mercedes-Benz Financial Services, and other financial institutions; under her leadership, a series of fund raising projects were successfully launched, including the Guangzhou Science City Leasing Intellectual Property ABS, Longfor Supply Chain ABS, Shenzhen Longgang Vanke Plaza quasi-REITs, China Overseas Real Estate Carbon Neutral CMBS, SCPG InCity No. 2 CMBS, and others. Now, she is administering the public offering REITs projects for Jiangsu Communications Holding Co., Ltd., Beijing Enterprises Water Group Limited, Hefei High-tech Industrial Development Zone, and other entities. Ms. WANG graduated from the Department of Automation of Tsinghua University with a bachelor’s degree and a doctorate in industrial engineering from Iowa State University.
