Lu Yuan, who graduated from Wuhan University as a master of laws, have abundant experiences in IP management,successfully built legal and intellectual property teams for three companies, and led team members to establish intellectual property management systems, institutions and procedures for these companies from scratch. According to the companies’ intellectual property goals, she fully completed the task of protection of intellectual property innovation assets, which became the embodiment of technological innovation ability of each company, raising the threshold of market competition, and creating value for company business. She also assisted companies to successively obtain awards such as China Patent Award, National Intellectual Property Excellent/Model Enterprises, Provincial Patent Invention Award, etc.. She resolved key issues such as intellectual property pledge financing, intellectual property disputes during the listing process, and designed protection layout of core brands for these companies. She have been selected as an expert in the expert database of the Beijing Municipal Intellectual Property Office and is also an expert in the budget review database of the Ministry of Finance.
