Vasheharan Kanesarajah is the Head of Strategy and Business Development for Intellectual Property segment of Clarivate and plays a key role in the design and execution of the organisations market-focussed strategy. He is based in London, United Kingdom Mr. Kanesarajah is an experienced IP Professional and has held various leadership roles across the organization. He has worked globally with technology-focused corporations, governments, and research institutions to deliver solutions and intelligence to help drives Research & Development (R&D), IP and Innovation strategy. His clients have included Fortune 500 board members, government agency heads, CTOs and General Counsels. His responsibilities also include providing expert insight and best practice knowledge on industry trends, IP strategy, big data and analytics, and the role Artificial Intelligence in IP. He has represented Clarivate in IP, R&D and academic communities, performing speaking engagements globally including being a guest lecturer at universities across Europe and Asia. Mr. Kanesarajah has been with Clarivate for 17 years. He holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Hons) and a postgraduate degree in the Management of Intellectual Property from the University of London.
