Yao Yong joined the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce in 2005, and now he is the Deputy Director of the First Examination Division of the Trademark Office, CNIPA. He has been engaged in trademark examination and administration for a long time. He played a part in the 2016 amendment to the Standards for Trademark Examination and Trial and the formulation of the 2021 Trademark Examination and Trial Guide.
